Returns

Because our products are produced in small batches and include digital components, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.

If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@thoolie.com, including:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • not what you ordered

contact us immediately at admin@thoolie.com so we can make it right.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect selection (including product type or bundle choice)
  • items damaged after delivery
  • digital products once delivered
  • gift cards or final sale items

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it.
If you would like a different product, a new order must be placed.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to digital downloads or made-to-order goods, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing, and

  • additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
